The team at Diverse is made up of like minded people* with one common goal – payday!
Diverse has over 250 employees* who were recruited on the basis of their ability*,
experience, training, intelligence* and character. We recognize that staff are a
vital part of our success, so we strive to create a working environment which fosters
a sense of loyalty, dedication and fun.
Every employee is important, but not as important as the three founder members who
spend each day strategising, optimising and patronising!
After 15 years of being a bore in financial services, John has joined the glamorous
and exciting world* of consumer electronics.
John has been involved in several start ups, most recently Blue Motor Finance, which
was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 2006 in a deal that comprised of an equity and
investment stake of £437m. He has also helped to restructure and refinance other
businesses (but none as big as the one he keeps talking about)!
John has several famous people named after him (John Hurt, John Lennon and John
Craven) and is happily married to Suzanne, with whom he has three wonderful boys
and two pet fish*. John is a keen marathon runner* and finished second in the World
Iron Man contest!*
Technical understanding of electronic products is second nature to Brant*, who has
an eye for a great deal and an eye for seeing!
Brant has been instrumental in the IT sector, almost like a modern day Jean Michel
Jarre. Prior to Diverse, he was involved in a start up that peaked at a turnover
of £35m, with profits of £560k per annum. Brant has developed partnerships with
many of the major distributors and resellers in the IT market.
Brant has appeared several times on the X Factor* and is a classically trained opera
singer*. Outside of work is a car park, which Brant enjoys parking his car in. He
is happily married to Vicky and has two wonderful children.
Rebecca has over sixty nine (dog) years experience in IT and consumer electronics
and has worked in over 7,000 major cities.*
Before Diverse, Rebecca headed the consumer electronics division for a leading IT
broker. Rebecca, AKA Superwoman, increased their annual sales by £12m and formed
business partnerships with many high street brands and some of the largest (and
also smallest) consumer electronic companies in the galaxy.
Rebecca keeps horses in the house; whilst husband Mark and son Jack sleep in the
stables! Rebecca has competed professionally at polo, though she has yet to manage
to hit the ball through the minty hole!*
